This Modern villa by KV architecture is designed for plot on the coast of Hobart - Tasmania, Australia

The plot has a spectacular view, overlooking the bay of the River Derwent - The citycentre of Hobart - and a great view on Mount Nelson and Mount Wellington.

With that kind of view the main designgoal was simple - Capture the view.
​
Because to plot is on a slope and has a slight angle, we decided to plan the main rooms - Livingroom, Kitchen and Mastersuite, on the first floor.
​
The bedrooms, laundry and guestroom are positioned on the lowerlevel.
​
The lounge at the poolarea will provide the family a holiday experience throughout the whole year
